PROJECT: Astro Customer service

What you will do:
Interact with customers via telephone to provide information and assistance.
Professionally handle high volume of inquiries from customers
Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Able to resolve the calls within the agreed SLA (Service Level Agreement)
Undertake any other duties as-and-when assigned by the Management.

**Requirements for the role**:

- SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- **In case highest education is only SPM, credit must be C in BM/BI/MATH.**:

- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work in dependently and as a team.
- Experience in customer service roles is desirable. Past working experience in contact/call center are encouraged to apply.
- Personality traits - Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical, and goal focused
- Customer service skills - Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasive, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills
- Able to work on public holidays and weekends
Required to have own transportation arrangement as u need to work on AM Shift (8-5PM, 9AM-6PM,10AM-7PM)
- 30 days Rotation -5 days working only

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
