Works with sales team to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for the segment.
- To comply with the sales budget particularly in Golf Private Tournament and other related income generating events.
- To assist on getting new leads for membership registration.
- To assist on any marketing or event activities/task as part of strategies to create more awareness.
- To negotiate and convince potential clients with the aim of getting them to rent our banquet hall or other rentable space as well as to hold private golf or other sports tournaments in the Club.
- To develop rental space pricing for advertising at KRPM.
- To negotiate for the rental of advertising space or billboards available within the Club premises.
- Develop and create marketing program to achieve the desire goals including Social Media.
- Execute sales and marketing strategies and activities.
- To expand current market share and establish wider customers’ database.
- To co-ordinate all sale events held in the club and to ensure that they are all well-prepared and executed from start to end of the event.
- Interacts and meets with guest to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
- To attend sales call with sales teams to maintain good relationship with the customers.To assist prepare revenue report for sales team reference on achieving their budget
- To assist and complete with timely on the task given by the Sales & Marketing Manager.
- To carry out any other matter as required by the Superior / Club from time to time.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possesses diploma/degree in Marketing or related
- Have experience at least 2-3 years in sales and marketing
- Have own transport
- Being able to work independently with less supervision
- Being able to plan the marketing activities to achieve sales target
- Being able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Have skill in Microsoft apps especially in Words, Excel and PowerPoint

**GOLFING**:
The Golf course was designed by Late Tun Ghafar Baba and was opened in 1987. The course is divided into 2 championship courses namely The Lakes and The Hills. The Lakes was awarded Super 18 Golf holes in Malaysia, 2nd Most Difficult hole in Malaysia (Hole 2) by Par Golf 2007, 2012, 2016 and 2017. Hole no. 15 is acclaimed the Beauty and the Beast. The Hills was awarded 3rd Most difficult hole in Malaysia (Hole no 7A) by Par Golf.
