- Develop and execute diverse, creative, and trend-forward menus representing a variety of global cuisines, while keeping up with culinary trends and customer preferences.
- Oversee food cost control, inventory management, vendor relationships, and kitchen budgeting in alignment with company financial targets.
- Maintain and enforce the highest standards of quality, consistency, hygiene, and presentation across all dishes and service.
- Lead and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff across one or multiple outlets to deliver world-class dining experiences.
- Drive innovation in food presentation, sustainability practices, and guest experience.

Pay: From RM4,500.00 per month
