**Position ** : Sales Specialist

**Salary ** : RM 3,000 - RM 6,000

**Location ** : Desa Aman Puri, Kepong

**Working Hours** : Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

**Job Summary**:
You will be accountable to build a good sales pipeline for Point-of-Sales (POS) End user and project sales business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure their needs are understood and met effectively. This includes attending appointments individually or with team members, delivering presentations, obtaining client approvals, and following up on payment collection. Site meetings and visits may also be required.
- Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on sales prospects while maintaining a robust project pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop effective solutions for quotation and proposal preparation.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking activities and strategic cold calling.
- Work collaboratively to optimize sales strategies and achieve superior results.
- Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to the management.
- Solicit and incorporate customer feedback to enhance service delivery and support team performance.
- Perform any ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience with proven track record in sales, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Self-motivated, dynamic, able to work independently with minimum supervision and desire to deliver results.
- Possess own transport and willingness to travel as required to adapt to business needs.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in data collection and customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
