Club Receptionist

**PLAYA Racquet Club** is looking for a friendly, organised, and sales-savvy **Club Receptionist** to be the face of our ProShop. If you're great with people and love a good mix of service and retail, this could be your next big move

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Greet members and guests warmly at the ProShop
- Manage payments for retail purchases and court bookings
- Assist guests with booking and equipment inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and merchandising in the shop
- Drive value-added retail sales through product knowledge and upselling
- Report to the Club Manager and ensure guest satisfaction at all times

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Presentable, polite, and confident in customer-facing situations
- Detail-oriented and able to handle transactions with accuracy
- Good PR skills and a natural communicator
- Sales-driven with an interest in retail or racquet sports (bonus)
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and peak club hours
