We are looking for a talented and passionate Finance Executive to help us to achieve our mission and create a welcoming and collaborative community.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the daily operations of accounts assigned including account receivable, journal entry, bank reconciliation
- Carry out account receivables, prepare invoices, official receipt, daily, weekly & monthly collection reports, work closely with operation and the team, etc.
- Monthly closing of management account in a timely manner
- Prepare weekly/monthly management, landlord reconciliation and sales commission reports
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support financial reporting
- Check and verify documents on reconciliation and ensure proper documentation for internal and external auditor’s review
- Timely reporting to Management
- Assist to update Balance Sheet and P&L Notes
- Involved in BS Notes review with the Group Finance Team
- Support Malaysia AR Finance Team from time to time (if any)
- Other ad hoc tasks

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Advance Diploma/Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- 1-2 Years working experience in Accounting and Finance role
- Hands on experience in Accounting Software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be able to work independently under tight schedules
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
