1. Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.

2. Brand Management & Content Development
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and communication materials.
- Work with the design and content teams to create engaging marketing collateral, including social media posts, newsletters, brochures, and website updates.
- Assist in planning and producing video, graphic, and written content for marketing initiatives.

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media Management
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, ensuring consistent engagement and audience growth.
- Oversee digital ad campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media efforts.
- Track and report performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.

4. Event Planning & Promotional Activities
- Assist in organizing marketing events, roadshows, and brand activations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
- Manage promotional activities, including partnerships and sponsorships.

5. Customer Engagement & Market Research
- Conduct surveys and collect feedback to understand customer preferences and improve marketing efforts.
- Support customer loyalty programs and engagement activities.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries or feedback on marketing channels.

6. Budget & Performance Tracking
- Assist in managing marketing budgets and optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
- Track and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare reports on marketing activities, KPIs, and outcomes for management review.
