Weighbridge Operator

* This position will be based at Ladang Tanah Merah, Port Dickson

**Responsibilities**
- Responsible to ensure smooth and efficient daily weighbridge operation with accuracy of operational data.
- Operate the weighbridge system to weigh vehicles entering and leaving the site.
- Record accurately the vehicle weight, registration number, load type, customer details, and time of entry/exit before issuing weighbridge tickets to customer.
- Responsible for performing routine checks to verify the accuracy and functionality of the weighbridge system.
- Maintain logs and digital records for each vehicle.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly weighbridge reports as required.
- Maintain documentation in line with company procedures and audits.
- Identify discrepancies or non-compliance and immediately report to superior.
- Liaise with truck drivers and superior for any operational matter.
- Provide clear instructions to drivers regarding site rules and traffic flow.
- Ensure the weighbridge and surrounding areas are clean and hazard-free.
- Report incidents, near misses, or unsafe practices.
- Report any faults or breakdowns to the superior and maintenance team.
- Assist with system upgrades or software updates as needed.
- Able to cover Cashier’s duties and responsibilities in the absence of designated cashier.
- Flexibility for day shift work, including weekends and public holidays, and overtime required depending on working schedule and site situation.

**Qualification & Competencies**
- Min Diploma or equivalent in related field.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, weighbridge systems).
- Experience with weighbridge systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Able to work in Shift

**Job Types**: Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
