There are two openings of this position who is responsible to manage Focus Point branches in Central Region Region (KL and Selangor) and East Coast Region (Pahang, Terengganu and Kelantan).

**You'll make a difference by**:

- to coordinate in between HQ & FP Branches; which involves in managing and follow-up on departmental correspondence.
- To perform daily branch visit in ensuring the branches on smooth operations; to drive sales performance and hit sale targets.
- To resolve the manpower issues related to branches; which involves in staff recruitment and staffing-related challenges.
- To assist on the new branch opening, branch upgrading, branch closure and road show activities.
- To prepare reports and ensure submission before the deadlines.
- To attend meetings, trainings and discussions that required by the management.
- To conduct training/briefing and ensure compliance to company SOP.
- To carry out the responsibilities that assigned by superior from time to time.

**Your success is grounded in**:

- At least 5 years experienced in sales management, retail operations and good knowledge of optical industry is and added advantage.
- Optometrist, Optician or bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of related professional experiences and education.
- Can communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin and other local dialects are an added advantage;
- Applicants are able to travel for work with own transport;
- Self-motivated, dynamic, result-oriented individual and a team player who is able to work under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Optometrist: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales Area Manager: 1 year (preferred)
