ARGITAL

Argital is an Organic skin care brand formulated based on Sicilian green clay. Founded by Dr Giuseppe Ferraro in year 1979. Dr Ferraro is a biologist grew up in Sicily, Italy. Knowing the richness of its land, Dr Ferraro uses Sicilian green clay in all Argital products.

Dr Giuseppe Ferraro has been studying on organic herbs and clay for over 30 years. Dr Ferraro has also published books on Clay. Dr Ferraro is the member of SOFAI (Society of Anthroposophic Pharmacisists in Italy) since 2005 and he has been contributing to promote good health with doctors and pharmacists.

Anthroposophy

The study of anthroposophy is used in the production of Argital products which makes Argital different from other organic brands. Anthroposophy emphasizes on the power of nature that relates greatly to the human body and mind.

Argital - CLAY that brings Longevity

The word Argil (argilla), meaning clay; Ta (Tartaruga), meaning turtle; L for longevity. Argital stands for clay that brings you longevity.

Year 2019 marks the 40th anniversary of Argital.

**Brand Retail Consultant (Location: 1 Utama)**

**First Argital Flagship Store in Malaysia**

We are looking for a fun, motivated, and driven team player to join our retail team at our first flagship store in Malaysia.

You should be someone who understands the brand and embodies our values.

**Brand Communication**

You are the person who communicates the **voice of the brand, Argital.**

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Delivers the brand's (Argital) message clearly.
- Provide consultation by recommending the right products to new and existing customers
- To communicate Argital's philosophy to our customers
- To ensure the highest level of service and explanation is provided to customers.
- To ensure every aspect of the customer’s experience is positive and informative.
- To maintain inventory levels, and conduct daily and monthly stock count
- Assist the Store Manager in the management and development of the store.
- Assist the Store Manager in the implementation and maintenance of store systems, inventory levels, reporting requirements.
- Act as a role model to ensure Retail Consultants have impeccable presentation and consult with integrity at all times.

**Who We Are Looking For**:

- Possess at least 1 year of working experience in the beauty retail industry.
- Honest, responsible, pro-active and a strong team player.
- Able to converse fluently in English.
- Communicate warmly, sincerely and intelligently with users of our unique range of skin care.
- Be interested in people and attuned to their needs.
- Possess the capacity to learn about the finest details of our range and communicate our philosophy to customers.
- Possess a positive and good learning attitude.
- Must be able to commit to working on retails hours, weekends and public holidays
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Able to start immediately

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
