Human Resources Generalist

Home to some of Kuala Lumpur’s most loved bakeries, restaurants and cafes, Kenny Hills Hospitality Group is all about food that is good for the soul alongside legendary service with 20 physical outlets across 10 brands. The expansion of People & Culture department is also actively underway hence, we are currently seeking a Human Resource Generalist that is responsible for talent acquisition duties and other daily human resource administrative activities of the department.
A Human Resource Generalist performs all the basic clerical tasks of the Human Resources function and requires accuracy, speed, attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure while at the same time being an experienced, dynamic individual who is a people-person, and understands the importance and know-how of implementing a people-first and value-driven culture. Typical duties of a Human Resource Generalist includes: Maintaining employee data, talent hiring inquiries and keeping all employee records and company policies and procedures up-to-date, and answering queries.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Uphold and display the Kenny Hills’ Vision, Mission and Family Values at all times and be the image of Kenny Hills Bakers to promote its “Culture’ philosophy.
2. Assist to develop strategies in achieving OKRs and Goals, while addressing the People and Culture Human Department’s unique strengths and challenges.
3. Assisting in People and Culture Department in managing documentation processes, and coming up with strategies with a strong focus on direct sourcing and leveraging prompt documentation systems.
5. Maintaining organized paperwork and filing systems for the organisation.
6. Compile, check and prepare all Medical Claim files on a monthly basis to pass to the Payroll Department.
7. Ensure tracking of Team Members entitled Medical Claims balance every month.
8. Assist Talent Acquisition Manager and Assistant Human Resource Manager on any ad-hoc tasks as and when needed.
9. Attention to detail when it comes to storing information and internal communication (written and verbal).
10.Maintain a daily to do list and provide reminders as needed; maintain a master calendar for all-hands events.
11.Produce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefs.
12.Be an active team member to embody the Kenny Hills Family Values in the office workplace.
- Possess Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource or related courses
- Have at least 1 year of experience in Human Resource or Administration
- Have own transport & able to travel
- Have eye for details & meticulous
- Computer & number literate
- Fresh Graduate encouraged to apply
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
