Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and lead the sales team to pursue prospects, promote solutions, and achieve sales targets.
2. Expand the pipelines to generate the expected sales funnel and provide a weekly report on pipeline maintenance.
3. To create annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans, prioritize and schedule activities to ensure that team targets are met.
4. To participate in sales and marketing activities, including outdoor events.
5. Build positive customer relationships to drive sales and foster repeat business.
6. Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market.
**Job Requirements**:
2. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales target
3. At least 3 years of sales experience in Telco industry with minimum 3 years of experience in sales team management
4. Good experience in selling Dedicated Leased Line such as Metro E, Microwave and Vsat, is essential.
5. Knowledge in Public Sector, GLC, IT Enterprise, Mobility (Telco), FSI or Commercial (SI/ SMB) is an added advantage.
6. Team player, independent, self-Driven with good in communication and interpersonal skills
7. Have good presentation skills and able to manage customer expectations.
8. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
