**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on Japanese talent.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Japanese.
- Strong understanding of the Japanese employment market and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

**責任内容**:

- スキル、経験、カルチャーフィットなどを評価するために候補者の事前審査を行う。
- 採用プロセスを通して候補者とのすべてのコミュニケーションを管理する。
- 選考を通過した候補者との面接のスケジュール設定と実施。
- ジョブオファーの交渉と、採用候補者のオンボーディングプロセスを管理する。
- 採用サイクル全体を通して正確な記録とレポートを維持する。

**資格**:

- 最低2年間の採用経験（できれば日本人を対象とした経験が望ましい）。
- 日本語での読み書きと会話が堪能であること。
- 日本の雇用市場と文化的なニュアンスに対する深い理解。
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力、対人能力、交渉能力。
- 最小限の監督で自立して仕事ができる、やる気があり、結果志向で、応募者追跡システム（ATS）や採用ツールを使用することに習熟している方。
