ERP Specialist

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

You will be analyzing the existing business processes and functional requirements of the users, implementing, integrating and maintaining the enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions.

Your results will be evaluated mostly based on your autonomy, personal organization, communication skills, quality of produced documents, correctness of implemented solution, smooth integration of the third-party systems and following the budgetary, scope and schedule baselines.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Analyzing, interpreting and translating client's business requirements into viable solutions
- Interacting with user community to gather, document and prepare technical specifications for the user needs and modification requests
- Validating the realized solution against created functional specifications and coordinating user acceptance testing
- Translate the business requirements into solid business logic and make quality models which can be developed by software teams
- Responsible to document clear processes and use cases; participate to the improvements of the business processes
- Developing and configuring customized ERP solutions
- Working on system integration design, testing and implementation; writing programs and scripts
- Preparation of GUI wireframes and prototypes, screen flows, process flows, use cases, object diagrams, etc.
- Validation and compliance management of developed solution with the requirements
- Verification and testing (internal or external) of the solution according the requirements
- Providing training and support to the end users or other relevant parties on implementation, use and maintenance of the solution
- Participate to project estimates, taking into account the budget and project planning
- Running diagnostic tests and resolving issues to enhance system performance
**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in requirements analysis techniques & tools
- Experience in facilitating & leading meetings to define user requirements and processes
- Experience in pro-actively managing potential interference with other requirements or project scope disputes
- Understanding of the software development process, including requirement gathering, analysis/design, development tools/technologies, release/version control, contemporary testing methodologies and deployment management
- Experience with system-to-system integration interfaces design, testing and implementation
- Experience with UML and use case modelling - At least basic knowledge of programming or scripting
- Experience with ERP (SAP, Business One, Navision, Dynamics NAV, Netsuite, etc.) requirements analysis is advantage
- Basic IT knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
