Business Support Executive

Responsibilities:
1. Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.
2. Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.
3. Handling and monitoring of claims to vendors for defective, shortage, missing parts.
4. Support relevant departments with souring and quotation.
5. Responsible of the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
6. Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in term of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
7. Purchase and issue order in accordance to specification and requirement.
8. Plan and manage inventory levels of materials.
9. Coordinate with relevant department for material delivery status.
10. Coordinate with supplier or forwarder on shipment arrangement and custom clearance.
11. Improve purchasing processes, policies and procedures continuously to meet both internal and external satisfactory.
12. Evaluate new vendors and coordinate with relevant department for new items or alternative item evaluation.
13. Conduct periodic vendors assessment.
14. Coordinate with relevant department to evaluate and follow supplier's non-conformity.
**Requirements**:
1. At least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administrative or equivalent.
2. Preferable at least 3 years working experience in purchase or relevant department
3. High level of integrity, confident, self-motivate and able to work independently.
4. Effective time management, multi-tasking and organization skill.
5. Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
