The Chief Medical Officer's department currently has a new position designed to focus on providing professional administrative support including the recruitment of consultants and provision of medical affairs support.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in managing the recruitment of new consultants for the Hospital
2. Strategize to promote successful hiring.
3. Provide secretarial support i.e. organizing meetings with management and taking minutes.
4. Provide administrative duties i.e. renewal of licenses and insurance policies.
5. Coordinate audits i.e. medical and accreditation.
6. Organize Continuing Professional Development talks for the doctors.
7. Promote services of Consultant doctors.

**Selection Criteria**:
1. Degree or Diploma in any allied health field i.e. Nursing, etc.
2. Relevant experience in an office setting/administration will be an advantage.
3. Good in written and spoken English language.
4. Skilled in using Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point.
5. Resourceful, Engaging and pleasant personality.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
