**Responsibility**:

- Assist to complete required documents from traders / suppliers for destination arrangement.
- Records the approved permit into the relevant folder in dropbox.
- Key in all related data as per provided ROT Table Record.
- Record and report the completed Stock Book for KPDNHEP.
- Follow-up for every delivery instructed to Forwarding Agent. Continue until settle all the deliveries.
- Assist Account Department on the task for Sugar & FoodBank matters. (invoices & delivery order).
- Organize all relevant documents for import purpose by scan/digital (save to Dropbox) & hard copy.

**Requirement**:

- At least 2 years’ working experience in logistics will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and with good communication skill.
- Able to oversee other related scope of work such as documentation, logistics & coordination with other department.
- Possess good negotiation skill.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and under work pressure.
- Able to report for duty November 2024
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin speakers will be an advantage
