**About Us**:
The Raw International is a growing beauty brand known for its active-concentrated skincare products backed by pharmaceutical science. We are committed to safety, quality, and efficacy, with a presence in major retailers like Guardian, Aeon Wellness, and leading e-commerce platforms.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize and design packaging solutions for skincare products that reflect brand identity and product attributes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Production, Quality Control) to ensure packaging meets design, regulatory, and sustainability requirements.
- Prepare design layouts, 3D mock-ups, and specifications for new and existing products.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor packaging trends to drive innovation.
- Work closely with suppliers to source materials and oversee prototype and production phases.
- Ensure all packaging designs adhere to quality standards and are cost-effective.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in packaging design, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and 3D modeling software.
- Strong understanding of materials, print production, and sustainability practices in packaging.
- Excellent attention to detail, project management skills, and ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with a passion for branding and innovation.

Pay: RM2,355.08 - RM3,650.84 per month
