We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Korean-English content reviewers at our KL Sentral location. The role involves moderating and evaluating content in both Korean and English to ensure adherence to guidelines and policies. This is a challenging yet rewarding position, ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, fluent in Korean and English, and possess either fresh enthusiasm or a minimum of 2 years of experience in content moderation.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Moderation**:
Review and assess user-generated content in both Korean and English to ensure it aligns with established guidelines.

Make informed decisions regarding content approval or removal based on policy adherence.

**Policy Adherence**:
Stay updated on content policies and guidelines to ensure accurate evaluation.

Collaborate with team members to address emerging trends and challenges.

**Documentation**:
Maintain detailed records of content reviews, decisions, and any necessary escalations.

Provide clear and concise reports on content-related activities.

**Communication**:
Effectively communicate with team members and other departments regarding content-related issues.

Collaborate with international teams to ensure consistency in content moderation practices.

**Qualifications**:
**Language Skills**:
Native Korean proficiency with fluency in English.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

**Experience**:
Fresh graduates are welcome, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in content moderation.

Familiarity with online platforms and content management systems is a plus.

**Shift Availability**:
Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment.

**Salary and Benefits**:
Competitive salary of RM8,500 per month.

8 hours per day (8HC).
