**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for construction management of projects in Plumbing field
- To ensure timely completion of project within budget and quality as per contract, and ensure works are completed accordance with the Specifications
- Ability to work independently and manage a site team, coordinate and chair progress meeting to ensure smooth implementation of projects while ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health and Safety requirements
- Liaising with clients and reporting on site progress
- Supervising construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
- Monitoring build costs and project progress
- Conducting quality and safety inspections, maintain quality control checks
- Motivating the workforce
- Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise
- Setting out sites and organizing facilities
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities to ensure accuracy
- Liaising about the ordering and negotiating the price of materials.
- Resolving technical issues with main contractor, employer's representative, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

- Possess excellent interpersonal skills/people management skills, good communication skills and negotiation skills and possess strong leadership qualities
Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and Able to work independently.
- At Least 5 years of Experience in M&E Works.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCad basic operation.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
