**JOB DESCRIPTION**- Perform financial analysis and provide insights to spending trends, ratio analysis and benchmarking against competitor and industry trends, and provide recommendations to aid business decisions and strategies. - Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts the trends to identify risk of potential cost overruns. Develop and implement cost control processes and procedures to mitigate risks - Research and identify opportunities for improving operation processes and cost efficiency. - Collaborate across departments to gather data, align strategies and implement cost-saving initiatives - Prepare reports and presentations for cost analysis results to the management, present the progress of the cost-saving project implementation. - Perform study on the cost-effectiveness and cost-benefit to evaluate the financial impact of potential business decisions and strategy - Assist with the preparation of annual budget and provide guidance on the cost drivers

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**- Possess Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting. Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA or CPA are highly desirable. - 4-5 years working experience in Big Four - Proactive, results-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong analytical skill, detail-oriented and problem-solving skills - Strong financial acumen and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
