**Document Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of Sales, such as Purchase Order, Sales Quotation, Sales Confirmation, Invoice and Delivery Order.
- Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval and reference.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements regarding document handling and storage.

**Sales Support**:

- Assist sales team members in preparing and Sales Quotation and Sales Confirmation.
- Collaborate with the sales team & dispatch team to ensure timely completion and accuracy of all sales-related documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as legal and finance, to gather necessary information and documentation for sales processes.

**Data Entry**:

- Enter sales data into the company's CRM system or other designated databases accurately and efficiently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Benefits**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
