**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responsible to monitor and maintain accounting systems.
- Manage banking activities.
- Cash flow management.
- Able to handle full set of accounts, financial reports and audit reports.
- Manage all accounts receivable (AR), (AP) related activities, prepare daily processing supplier invoices and payment transaction.
- Follow up outstanding payment
- Data entry ( payment to supplier, payment received, journal, supplier invoice & etc. )
- Prepare claim
- Filling of account document
- Be prepared to take on ad-hoc tasks as required and Perform all other related duties as and when required.
- To enter, update and/or retrieve accounting data entry.
- To prepare full set accounts and assist with preparation of financial statements and reports.
- To prepare and assist in Sales & Service Tax (SST) report submission.
- To handle communication with clients.
- To handle other ad-hoc tasks and duties as when assigned by superior.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATION / SKILLS**
- Computer Literate, proficient in Ms. Excel and Ms. Words
- Good personality, communication skills and sense of responsibility
- Knowledge of accounting systems
- Ability in time and planning management.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Required languange(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software support is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tender and proposal documentation processes is an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
