**Job Decriptions**:

- Post daily content featuring luxury watches across social media platforms.
- Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations on our luxury product offerings.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Provide exceptional customer service and aftercare to ensure a positive brand experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the luxury goods or premium services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.
- Excellent product knowledge to meet customer needs.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.
- Proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
