Order Processing Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:
1. Update capacity planning (morning, afternoon).
3. Liaise with logistic (on delivery customer/outsource).
4. Planning order and key in all relevant data and drawing to electronic form (CSP System).
5. Ensure the plywood send by customer are no sharp screw/chipping and double confirm with customer all relevant information which include price.
6. Close name list and filling.
7. Check glass stock (update to department head to liaise with salesperson and purchaser for glass purchase).
8. Answering incoming call and revert customers’ order status.
9. Follow-up outsource order-status/delivery/collection.
10. Checking outsource D/O and invoice.
11. Chasing order and sample with production sometime.
12. Monitoring the processing status/completion status.
13. Help on logistic to prepare packing list.
**Job & Skill Requirements**:
1. At least Diploma in Business Administration/Logistics/Supply Chain or other fields.
2. 2 years experience in order management / supply chain operations or related.
4. Intermediate in Microsoft Office software especially in excel skills (such as simple formulas and pivot tables).
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
7. Mandarin speaker is advantages.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
