**Responsibilities**
- Ensure overall HR follow Company Policy and Procedures.
- Responsible recruitment activities and liaise with hiring managers to understand

organizational needs.
- Prepare job offer letter and appointment letter and prepare relevant documents

for new employee.
- Coordinate and monitor Training & development programmes and employee

engagement activities.
- To process payroll in a accurate and timely manner, ensuring compliance to local

legislation.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
- Prepare and maintain monthly report for management.
- Create and update employees personal file, to verify the document of newly

joined employees and input employees detail in the system and notifying Payroll.
- Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll & staff claim management.
- Liaise with relevant government bodies regarding the monthly statutory

submissions.
- Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws

and regulations.
- In charge of dispute settlements according to labour law and compliance

guidelines When necessary.
- Ensuring that all employees are adhering to company policies and procedures,

including conducting investigations when necessary to address employee

misconduct
- Reporting to senior management about personnel issues, including recruiting new

staff and implementing new policies.
- Directing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of an organization’s human

resources department.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- hr: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa Melayu (preferred)
