**Responsibilities**:

- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through schools, parents, corporate clients, and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions, proposals, and support.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Collaborate with Business Development and Product teams to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Present and deliver program information to clients during meetings, events, and education/tech forums.
- Create and maintain a prospect database using CRM software, Excel, and AI tools.
- Meet quotas for appointments, student recruitment, and sales conversion; achieve or exceed annual sales goals.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and handle all sales administration via CRM systems.
- Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Development teams on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
- Contribute to short-term and long-term business development strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills (confident to talk to parents, principals, and corporate clients).
- Fast learner with strong initiative, able to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Willingness to learn sales techniques, marketing strategies, and EduTech industry insights.
- Creative thinker with strong writing skills for social media content and video scripts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Advantageous**:

- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Familiarity with education, training, or EdTech industry.
- Skills in social media, content creation, or basic video editing.
- Experience using CRM and AI tools for sales/marketing.

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
