**Responsibilities**:

- Support the resolution of Incidents and Problems within the team. Assist with the resolution of complex incidents which includes replicating any defects resulting from configuration or source code.
- Provide technical guidance and consultation on automation implementation where necessary in our IAM environment (Non-PROD & PROD)
- Support the resolution on issues highlighted during the IAM solution development, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Production deployments.
- Support IAM Engineering, Testing Team, IAM Platform Team, Application vendors throughout project lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions adhere to internal standards and industry best practice.
- Identify areas for task automation and process optimization for the IAM Platform service.
- Interact with delivery partners and/or vendors and internal stakeholders as required to achieve objectives.
- Support new service transition (go-live) from Project to Operation delivery in Production environment.
- Cross train with other team members to share knowledge and learn new skills.

**Skill Requirements**
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
- 5 or more years’ experience with enterprise scale computer programming, system analysis and/or system administration.
- Possesses infra knowledge on On-Prem and Azure Servers (Windows, UNIX/LINUX, AS400 & Databases).
- Knowledge and experienced in writing Java code and writing automation scripts.
- In depth knowledge and programming experience with C#.NET, VB script, Azure PowerShell, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL commands, Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Cloud, Ali Cloud and AWS.
- Experience on working with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform & Jenkins.
- Experience with web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, REST API, JSON and HTML.
- Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL), Directories (LDAP, AD) and Application/Web servers (IIS, Apache Tomcat)
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot complex technical problems and assist in identifying solutions.
- Excellent understanding of SDLC and IAM best practices. **Strong communication skills and presentation skills.**:

- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong technical knowledge of at least one market leading IAM solutions such as Sailpoint, CyberArk or Okta will be an added advantage.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
