**Job Summary**
- Perform quality support and services to the employee benefits (EB) clients and intermediaries
- Involved in cross-sell initiatives via digital worksite marketing channel (“WSM”) to EB clients
- Participate in projects to automate and digitisate processes to ensure seamless EB and WSM processes to improve turnaround time and service levels

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform and manage sales support and WSM team to improve turnaround time and service levels
- Involved in day-to-day EB sales support activities
- Prepare sales support productivity report and recommend action / process to improve productivity of the team.
- Involved in the automation and digitisation of EB sales support and WSM processes

**Key Requirements**
- Above 4 years’ experience in EB and/or WSM
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
