**Location**: D-1-01, Jalan OS, One South Street Mall, 43300, Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia
**Working Hours**: Monday - Saturday (6 days per week. Rest day: Sunday)
**Employment Type**: Full-time
**Salary Range**: RM2,500 - RM3,500/month (Based on Experience and Qualification)

**Job Scope & Responsibilities**
- Answer customer calls politely and professionally.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide occasional face-to-face sales support in-store during peak hours or when the showroom is crowded.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of product features, specifications, and benefits.
- Design and prepare marketing materials for e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, website, social media).
- Create engaging TikTok videos and other social media content to build brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and sales.
- Ensure all marketing content reflects the company’s branding, tone, and values.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields OR equivalent working experience.
- Good command of spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Clear pronunciation and professional phone etiquette are essential.
- Creative skills in designing marketing materials (basic graphic design, Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient and respectful attitude when dealing with customers.
- Comfortable with occasional in-person customer interactions and sales support.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in e-commerce marketing is an advantage.

**Able to start immediately is a plus.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
