**About the Company**

Our client is a well-established and fast-growing company in the Metal/Building Materials sector, with a strong presence in both local and international markets. They are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Procurement Executive**to join their team at the Midvalley office to support the company’s purchasing operations and vendor management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, goods, and services according to company requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers to ensure reliable supply and cost efficiency.
- Prepare purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and service.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and specifications.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse or logistics teams as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings or better alternatives.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, SOPs, and internal controls.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports for audit and tracking purposes.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in procurement or purchasing functions.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP or procurement systems is an added advantage.
