We’re looking for a **creative and driven Social Media Intern** to join our team This is a fantastic opportunity to gain **hands-on experience** in managing social media, crafting engaging content, and growing an audience—especially in the **Chinese-language market**.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Content Creation**
- Develop, write, and publish engaging **Mandarin-language** content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Design eye-catching posts, graphics, and short videos to captivate our audience.

**Social Media Management**
- Schedule and manage posts for a **consistent content flow**.
- Monitor and engage with comments & messages in a timely, professional manner.

**Analytics & Strategy**
- Track key performance metrics (**engagement, reach, impressions**).
- Analyze trends and suggest creative strategies to boost content performance.

**Campaign & Marketing Support**
- Assist in **planning and executing** social media campaigns.
- Brainstorm and implement creative marketing ideas to enhance brand presence.

**Trend & Audience Insights**
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and propose innovative content ideas.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Language Skills**
- Proficiency in **Mandarin (written & spoken) is a must**.
- Basic English proficiency for internal communication.

**Education & Background**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in **Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field**.

**Skills & Creativity**
- Familiarity with social media platforms & trends.
- Basic photo & video editing skills (**Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut**).
- Strong creative mindset with an eye for engaging content.

**Personal Attributes**
- Detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a **team player**.
- Previous experience in social media marketing is a **plus**, but not required

**Internship Details**:

- **Location**: Marq Academy, Skudai
- **Duration**: 3 months
- **Allowance**: RM 500 - RM 800
- **Start Date**: Immediate hiring
- **Working Hours**: Monday - Friday & alternate Saturdays, 9 AM - 6 PM
- Preferred : Chinese Speaker only

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
