**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers based on sales orders, delivery notes, and contracts.
- Review invoices for accuracy, ensuring all details such as quantities, pricing, and taxes are correct.
- Enter and maintain invoicing data in the accounting system or ERP software.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and communicate with internal teams and customers to address any issues.
- Ensure timely dispatch of invoices and follow up on outstanding payments if required.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all invoices and billing transactions.
- Collaborate with the sales, logistics, and finance departments to ensure smooth billing operations.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting related to invoicing.
- Adhere to company policies and accounting procedures at all times.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in invoicing, billing, or a similar clerical role (1-2 years minimum preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
