**Salary**: RM3000-RM5500
Our company is currently seeking an HR Executive who is familiar with Malaysian labor laws and holds a professional HR diploma or has at least 1 year of relevant work experience. The role primarily involves handling HR issues, recruitment, leave of absence (LOA), certification transfers, and document archiving.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the company's HR affairs, including employee recruitment, LOA arrangements, payroll and document archiving.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in the certification transfer process for employees, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.
- Assist in organizing and archiving documents to maintain the security and orderliness of HR files.
- Support senior management in handling ad-hoc tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a professional HR diploma or have at least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and practical knowledge in this field.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of accurately managing HR documents and data.
- Ability to problem-solve and handle urgent situations.
