**RESPONSIBILITIES AUTHORITIES**

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable General Worker to join our Maintenance Department. In this role, you will provide essential support to our maintenance team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities and equipment. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including general maintenance, cleaning, and assisting skilled technicians.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Maintenance Assistance**:

- Assist maintenance technicians in carrying out various maintenance-related tasks, including repairs, installations, and preventative maintenance.
- Provide support to fabricators and technicians in their daily activities.

**Oil and Waste Management**:

- Perform maintenance services on oil separators and oil dumps, including cleaning and proper disposal of waste materials.
- Conduct oil filtration processes to maintain equipment efficiency.

**Machinery Cleaning**:

- Clean and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
- Perform general machinery cleaning and preventative upkeep.

**Plumbing Support**:

- Assist with basic plumbing tasks, including repairs and installations.

**Daiki Furnace Refurbishment**:

- Provide support during Daiki furnace refurbishment projects, assisting with cleaning, disassembly, reassembly, and other necessary tasks.

**Task Completion**:

- Ensure timely completion of assigned jobs, adhering to schedules and deadlines.

**Safety and Housekeeping**:

- Assist in maintaining a safe operating practice and good housekeeping standards at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

**Additional Tasks**:

- Support in any additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

**EDUCATIONAL/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

**WORKING EXPERIENCE**:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance, preferably within a commercial or industrial environment.
- Able to work under pressure, independently and have high integrity.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
