**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the team including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings and events.
- Serve as an interpreter for English and Burmese language communications, both written and verbal.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as required.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Linguistics, or related field preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluency in both English and Burmese languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Previous experience in administrative support or interpretation is an advantage but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 36 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
