Mandarin Speaking Accounts Executive @ Cheras

Established in 1999, our client is a privately-owned company that began as a one-stop provider of office equipment. Over the past 25 years, they have expanded into a leading supplier of office automation solutions in the Klang Valley, offering products such as interactive flat panels (IFP), photocopiers, laser printers, fax machines, all-in-one printers, and data projectors.
Location: Cheras, Selangor
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage full sets of accounts, including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
- Handle invoicing, payment processing, and staff claim verifications.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties when required.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to smooth finance operations.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of accounting experience (full set preferred).
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory requirements.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.
Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (5 Working Days)
EPF, SOCSO, EIS coverage
Basic Salary: RM3,500 - RM4,500 (depending on experience)
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
