**Skop kerja**:
- Menyediakan, menyusun & menyimpan dokumen projek (HVAC/M&E)
- Menyediakan invois, quotation & LPO
- Menyelia filing fizikal dan digital untuk setiap projek
- Follow-up pembayaran & dokumen daripada klien/vendor
- Key-in data projek dan status ke dalam sistem
- Menyediakan laporan bulanan (status projek, claim, perbelanjaan)
- Menyokong keperluan pasukan tapak seperti tempahan hotel, logistik & pembelian barang
- Menyelia stok barang pejabat dan keperluan tapak projek
**Kelayakan**:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma
- Mahir dalam Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Cekap, kemas dan teliti dalam kerja
- Boleh bekerja dengan pemantauan minimum
- Pengalaman dalam pengurusan projek adalah kelebihan
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
