**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and organized Laundry Supervisor to oversee daily laundry operations within our UR Laundry Care Enterprise. The Laundry Supervisor will ensure efficient workflow, maintain quality standards, and manage a team to deliver excellent service to our customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee all aspects of laundry operations, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of laundry orders to meet customer expectations.
- Monitor inventory of supplies such as detergents, cleaning agents, and equipment parts.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Train, schedule, and supervise laundry staff to optimize productivity and maintain high-quality output.
- Foster a positive and safe work environment by promoting teamwork and adherence to company policies.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Inspect laundered items to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns related to laundry services promptly.
- Implement quality control processes to minimize rework and maintain customer satisfaction.
- **Maintenance & Safety**:

- Oversee routine maintenance and cleaning of laundry equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations within the laundry facility.
- Report equipment malfunctions and arrange for timely repairs as necessary.
- **Customer Service**:

- Communicate with customers to understand their specific needs and provide personalized service.
- Handle inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous interactions.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including orders processed, employee attendance, and supply usage.
- Prepare reports on productivity, costs, and operational efficiency for management review.
- Assist in budgeting and cost control measures to optimize profitability.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysiaor equivalent.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in laundry operations or a supervisory role in a similar environment.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads as needed.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
