**Role Purpose / Job Summary**

In charge for Materials planning and purchases to support Manufacturing activities, Trading business and fulfill customer’s requirements. Exercise strong communication & Negotiation skills to ensure that items are purchased are competitive price & maintain good quality. Leads Oracle MRP module setup and maintenance

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- To Identify, develop ,improve and control Purchasing processes, policies, system and practice
- In charge of full spectrum of the purchasing process (sourcing, price negotiations, processing of Purchase orders & delivery)
- Plan and schedule material demands, perform inventory stocking & stock count activities and monitoring stock level
- Work closely with warehouse team to ensure accurate stock quantity levels were always maintained
- Monitor and follow up on goods delivery/import shipment schedule with suppliers and ensure the materials are shipped and delivered agreed SPD-Supplier Promise Date
- To verify check and confirm correct for all Purchasing invoices together with Deliver order and Purchase Order and submit to account Department for processing payment without delay
- To participant in Oracle MRP module setup and on-going maintenance.
- To maintain a complete updated purchasing record and pricing in the system to avoid recurrent Purchase Order price revision.
- To perform any other ad hoc when directed by immediate superior.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
