**About the role**
As a Executive, Sales, you will report directly to the Manager, Sales Management, plays a vital role in driving the sales performance by proactively engaging with potential customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. this role requires a motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive personal sales performance by achieving the targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Proactively follow up on leads and attend phone enquiries and walk-in customers professionally.
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner. **Prepare and present company products to targeted customers.**:
- Participate in sales events, such as exhibitions, roadshows, and online events, to enhance brand visibility and engage with potential customers.
- Ensure compliance with the sales process by accurately completing and submitting all relevant paperwork in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with purchasers, lawyers, and bankers to ensure a smooth flow of inter-related processes.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.
**Job Requirements**:
- Possess a Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing/Real Estate or any other equivalent.
- At least 1 year of sales experience in Property Industry.
- **Freshgraduate who is passionate in sales are welcome to apply, training will be provided.**:
- Proven track record of success in a sales role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Possess strong influence and negotiations skills.
- Positive working attitude and ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
