- CGI (ICSA) qualification
- Provide support to the team and department on the arrangement of Board, Board Committees and shareholders meetings and all secretarial related matters in accordance to applicable rules and regulations
- Update and maintain statutory records, books, forms and documents
- Prepare resolution, minutes, annual return and other corporate secretarial documents and ensure timely submission of the statutory documents to the authorities including online submission to Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM) and relevant authorities
- Manage and administer meetings including preparation of agenda and papers as well as drafting of AGM and EGM minutes
- Draft and submit announcements or documents to Bursa Malaysia Compilation and verification of recurrent related party transactions information
- Prepare and updates board charter, board policies, board committee policies and documents related to corporate governance
- Liaise with the shareholders, auditors, advisers, share registrar and other professionals on secretarial related matters Handle ad hoc assignment as and when required

**_ Job Qualitification_**
- Min Diploma or Degree in relevant field.
- Big plus if possess with certificates as CGI (ICSA) graduate or currently pursuing CGI (ICSA) or equivalent
- The ideal individual who can take accountability, always strive to keep up with learning mind and an organized personality.
