**Requirements & Qualification**
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, training and development, or a related field with 1-2 years’ experience in training coordination, instructional design, or a related field.
- Diploma in education, instructional design, training and development, or a related field with 3-5 years’ experience in training coordination, instructional design, or a related field.
- Certified Professional is desirable. (e.g., CPLP, CTDP,CPTM, COP, CPTM,ATD Certification, HRCI)
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Proven ability to design and develop training programs and materials, including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on exercises.
- Experience in tailoring training content to address specific knowledge gaps and training needs within the division.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills to conduct training sessions for internal team members, including new hires and ongoing skill development.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, webinars, and in-person training sessions as needed.
- Adaptability in training methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Proficiency in assessing training effectiveness through quizzes, tests, and evaluations.
- Experience in gathering feedback from trainees to continuously improve training programs and materials.
- Enthusiasm for promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members during training sessions.
- Ability to encourage trainees to actively participate in discussions and share best practices.
- Track record of fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate training content and objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and prepare training programs, materials, and e-learning modules.
- Prepare training content to address specific knowledge gaps and training needs.
- Assess training effectiveness through quizzes, tests, and evaluations.
- Gather feedback from trainees to continuously improve training programs.
- Organize and categorize knowledge base content for easy retrieval.
- Ensure information is structured logically and searchable.
- Regularly update the knowledge base with new insights and best practices.
- Review and edit knowledge base articles for accuracy and clarity.
- Provide user support for team members seeking information within the knowledge base.
- Plan and organize training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses.
- Responsible on the e-learning portal, including uploading and organizing training materials.
- Prepare and implement evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
- Update and revise training materials as necessary to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor and track employee participation and progress in training programs.
- Provide support and guidance to employees participating in training programs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
- Maintain records of training activities and employee progress.
- Able to train product knowledge to Stakeholder (e.g., Employee, Client).
- To perform any other task as assigned by the Lead and Middle Management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month
