**Responsibilities**:
1. Supports the daily operations of the store/warehouse.
2. Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of inventory in stores/warehouse & ensure accurate computer records.
3. Prepare the products based on packing lists for customer orders.
4. Responsible for all stock controls, housekeeping & daily/weekly/monthly stock checks activity.
5. Coordinates with others warehouse keeper & PIC.
6. Receives and inspects all incoming materials/products and reconciles with purchase orders/purchase requisition; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders/purchase requisition; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
7. Maintains records of all deliveries & Incoming.
8. Receives and file documents; maintains record of approved document in appropriate files.
9. Maintains the warehouse/store area and records area in neat, clean and orderly manner.
10. Reports discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and inventory to superior.
11. Carry out minor maintenance or repair works for store/warehouse area.
12. Ensure all the receiving goods been placed/ stored in appropriate location.
13. Maintain a safe working environment and sensitive to 5S and discipline manner in warehouse area.
14. To ensure goods keep by first in first out method (FIFO).
15. willing to learn new knowledge.
16. willing to work independently and do the given task by head department.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in warehouse operations.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and proactive to report to supervisor daily.
- Able to learn and handle the inventory system.
- Able to work willing to OT.
