Job location: Kompleks Islam Putrajaya

1) Plan, prepare and execute Monthly shift schedule for shift technician and get approval from Facility Manager.

2) Manage shift technician movement, train, monitoring, evaluate work assigned, follow up work execution, verify log book and daily inspection form.

3) Manage operation technician movement, train, monitoring, evaluate work assigned, follow up work execution, keep good relationship with clients, verify work order and daily inspection form.

4) Report complaint/self finding/request to Helpdesk, receive work order from helpdesk, plan and execute work and verify work order for work order closing.

5) Plan and execute PM works, check, verify review PM cheklistfor improvement, compile all PM checklist for records keeping and as a supporting documents for claim submission.

6) Manage and monitor sub-contractor/third party contractor works, verify service report and update Facility Manager.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:
