**Job Title**: Mid-Level QA Tester (Manual / Automation)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and execute **test cases** for web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Perform **functional, regression, integration, and system testing**.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like **JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar**.
- Collaborate closely with developers, BAs, and product teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain **test automation scripts** (if automation role) using tools like **Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar**.
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives in Agile environments.
- Ensure thorough documentation of test results and quality reports.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum **5 years** of hands-on experience in software testing.
- Strong in **manual testing** processes, test case design, and defect tracking.
- Good understanding of **SDLC** and **Agile/Scrum** methodologies.
- **(For automation roles)** Experience with tools such as **Selenium WebDriver**, **Postman**, **TestNG**, **Cucumber**, or **JMeter**.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with **API testing**, **SQL**, and **basic scripting**.
- Knowledge of continuous testing in **CI/CD pipelines** is a plus.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Software testing.: 4 years (preferred)
- Manual / Automation Testing: 4 years (required)
- Selenium WebDriver, Postman, TestNG, Cucumber, or JMeter.: 4 years (preferred)
- API testing, SQL, and basic scripting.: 4 years (preferred)
- CI/CD pipelines: 4 years (preferred)
