Job Description:

- In-charge of in-process control and investigation if there is deviation on CCP, OPRP and quality specification.
- Conduct product release.
- Assist superior on quality and hygiene programs to ensure operators are trained and comply to Good Manufacturing Practices, by means of training and awareness program among the operators.
- Issue Supplier Corrective Action Request to supplier if the incoming material is not meeting specification.
- Keep all the incoming records/checklists up-to-date and manage filing.
- Manage control of non -confirming product.
- Calculate first time right percentage.
- Handle customer samples and liaise with logistic team for the deliver.
- Lead the team on control of retention sample.
- Approval fortnightly attendance.
- Support internal training.
- Manage site calibration and verification program.
- Participate in improvement projects
- Any other assignment related to quality and when required by QAM.
- Job Requirement
- Minimum degree in Food or Biology related field.
- 3-4 years working experience in Food Manufacturing Industry.
- Capable to manage QA operation team.
- Computer literate.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skill.
- Able to work independently.
- Aggressive and possess good leadership.
- Experience in HALAL, HACCP and GMP is an advantage.
- Understanding ISO / FSSC requirement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
