QA and Qs

**WORK LOCATION : SUBANG U5 SHAH ALAM**

**_(PREFERABLE FOR RESIDENTS KOTA DAMANSARA, PETALING JAYA, SHAH ALAM, PUNCAK ALAM)_**

The QA/QC Manager is responsible for establish QMS and ensuring it is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner. The QA/QC Manager is responsible for delegating and assigning tasks to QA/QC Supervisors and working closely with related engineering, construction, fabrication, and repair departments.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations, equipment specific specifications, and QMS requirements.

2. Advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.

3. Managing the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, fabrication, inspection, documentation, and operations activities including:

- Planning duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules;
- Establishing service standards for end users (i.e., internal department or customer);
- Providing leadership, mentorship, and direction of all QA/QC personnel and in planning, execution, management, and communication in QA/QC function
- Oversee supervision of all visual inspections and testing & commissioning, rectification, alteration and project closure in QA/QC functions.
- Identify and develop solutions to correct inspection function deficiencies.
- Advanced ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with all internal organization departments, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Strong coordination and organization skills, with strict emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must have a minimum of 5 TO 8 years in QAQC enviroment.
- Supervision of safe storage and verification of all project related documentation, both paper documents and electronic files.
- Experience in planning, execution, management, and communication in QA/QC function.
- Ability to develop and manage non-conformance, deficiencies, and reporting including root cause analysis.
- Experience in developing and monitoring of QA/QC department budgets.
- Must have the ability to work within strict deadlines and under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanour.

**4. Experience in ID and renovation is MUST and COMPULSORY.**
