Accounts Admin Assistant

Prepare full sets of accounts, handling & monitoring on account payable and account receivable and collections.
- Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records and systems comply with the Company’s policies, compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
- Handling statutory audit, attend to auditor’s query and ensure compliance with regulatory requirement
- Liaison between the company, government authorities, bankers, tax agents, company secretary and external auditors to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained.
- Preparation of the yearly accounting and presentation to external auditors
- Monthly bank reconciliation, monthly debtors and creditors reconciliations
- Monitor leave and medical claim, handling in payroll functions, EPF, bonus, leaves, tax etc.
- Any other accounting duties assigned by the management from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 1 year(s) working experience in the related field will be an added advantage for the position
- Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Independent and able to work under pressure and multitasking environment
- Responsible, meticulous and possess good working attitude
- Required skills: Auto Count, Microsoft Office
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
