Maintenance Supervisor

**Responsibility**
- Monitoring the daily activities of the leader and operators under him.
- Ensure the preventive maintenance for production line, holders, bearings, chains and all others mechanical related parts and structure been executed as per schedule.
- Ensure holder stock for standby operation for production line is in order and tally as per production plan.
- Ensure monitoring activities of holder in line been executed as plan.
- Record holder issue and inform Maintenance Executive for further investigation.
- Ensure preventive maintenance for production line machines execute as per schedule during line stoppage.
- To seek continually improvement plan on existing preventive maintenance schedules, equipment and production activities and update preventive maintenance record accordingly.
- Respond to job request as per schedule by Maintenance Executive.

Ensure all spare parts stock level including holder stock are available and issue PR to avoid any disruption.
- Record line breakdown for every line and inform Maintenance Executive.
- Maintain safety, neatness and clean operating condition at all times with proper housekeeping.
- Gives advised or recommendation for production/servicing activities to have continuous improvement.
- Ensure holder servicing being done properly as per SOP and in timely manners.
- Ensure all activities are follow SOP, work instructions and checklist and being recorded.
- Supervise and control of leader and operators’ discipline, work and job training.
- Any other tasks which is related that may be assigned.

**Requirement**
- Minimum **Diploma in Mechanical** or higher and equivalent qualification.
- Preferable strong knowledge and experience in mechanical, machining, and project handling.
- Knowledge of bearing, grease, lubricant and chain will be an added advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and minimum supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Able to work independently, and lead a team of operators under him effectively.
- Must be able to go on shift and long working hours.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
